Vintage Event Rentals - Portland, Oregon

Here at Geanne Genevieve we offer customers in the Portland, Oregon area the use of our items and resources for their special event.  The items listed in our collection are priced for a 24-hour rental to help stage any event that you may have.  We require a $25 minimum on all orders and local delivery is available for an additional cost.  If the quantity you need is higher than what is listed, let us know... we may have some additional stock or the ability to get more quantities easily.  Also, if you are looking for something that may not be listed/pictured, it may be something we want to add to our collection and we can find it for you!

Fairy Godmother Service
We provide a unique and extremely helpful service here at Geanne Genevieve's called the 'Fairy Godmother' service!
 
It is just as awesome and helpful as it sounds! This service is just that you essentially are paying for a helper to help consult on decor, venue spaces, vendors, and to help with projects related to the wedding.  We help with set up, and tear down for the wedding, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and any other special festivity involved in a wedding. Sometimes there just is not enough help on hand for special occasions to make it everything that you would want it to be. This takes the guilt out of asking family, and friends to do all your dirty work for you. We are gladly here to help you with whatever projects you have from cake tastings to clean up the day after the wedding. We are here to make your next event a breeze.
 
It is very similar to a wedding coordinator, but we let you have more of the control, and we are there for support, and help when you need it.  We can also for a lower cost just provide you with prep, setup, and tear down of other smaller events such as birthday parties, anniversary’s, graduations, and so on.
 
Prices range from:
$200-$750.00
Depending on the amount of time, and help needed.
 
Day of coordinating services
The day of coordinating service includes two private consults with your coordinator, materials necessary for the wedding to run smoothly. The coordinator will do a rehearsal with you, and your bridal party if applicable, and will be there the whole day of the wedding helping to set up, keeping track of vendors, and time making sure everything is running smoothly.  The coordinator will also make sure that the next day vendors are paid, and that you have gotten off on your honeymoon safe, and sound.
 
Prices Range from:
$200-$500
Depending on location, and scale of the wedding
 
 
Custom creations
The custom creations service is for the event planner that either has way too much to do to get creative, or is just missing the creative gene all together. Don’t worry we can take care of it, from custom buntings, alter backdrops, to tissue poms we got you covered. If you  find an idea, and feel like your party would be a dud without it send it our way, and we will let you know if we can make it a reality or not.
 
Prices are based on time, and materials needed.
